$28 million – Bird Cay, Bahamas

A 250 acre tropical estate in the Bahamas, it’s just 30 minutes by air from Nassau. The island of Agria Trias/Aghia Triada is a relatively short distance from Athens, the capital. There has been talk of turning the island into a luxury golf course, complete with residential units, as the island is a prime spot for potential development and is unusual in the fact that is remains undeveloped whilst being so close to a heavily populated area such as Lisbon.
